The triage nurse was lovely and friendly. The doctor was fantastic. The wait time is always going to be an issue the urgent treatment centre was ridiculously busy. The staff were great though, they always are.

I arrived in the exceptionally busy department feeling very weak and worried but the staff took care of me as quickly as possible and reassured me. Every member of staff was kind and caring despite being rushed off their feet. I was made as comfortable as possible at no time was I made to feel a nuisance.

Excellent care and treatment by every member of staff. I am my husband's carer, we were both treated considerately and compassionately. This is a hidden gem of Crawley Hospital facilities, I had no idea the facility existed. My husband has dementia and hospital stay is difficult for him.
